"Mrs. Frankie Moore, 93, died at 535 S. Blanco at 5 a.m. August 7 and was buried in Jeffrey Cemetery at McMahan August 9. E.I. Griffin of Gonzales conducted services from McCurdy Funeral Home.
Survivors include a son, Audrey Moore of San Antonio, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Abbey Wiliams of Lockhart and Mrs. Louis Ellis of McMahan.
Born at McMahan December 5, 1870, she was a daughter of Jesse T. and Frankie Rice Jeffrey. A member of the McMahan Primitive Baptist Church, she was married to James B. Moore at McMahan.
Pallbearers were Valon Van Horn, Lutrell Watts, Ray Bozarth, Rufus Bozarth, Royce Ellis and Lawrence Noel, Jr."
