Niece to William Bethel Baker (1804 Wilkerson County, GA - 1870 Highsmith, Guadalupe County, TX).
First married to John Thomas Bright in 1870. Moved to Texas in 1877. Settled near Delhi, Caldwell County, TX.
Husband died in 1883 a few months before birth of eight child (John Roark Bright).
Second marriage to B.W.S. Hutcheson in 1890.
