"MRS. CHAS. MOORE - Mrs. Chas. Moore died at her home in Karnes City Monday and Tuesday the remains were brought to Lockhart. From here they were taken to the residence of her husband’s father Levi Moore of Dale and Wednesday were interred in the McMahan cemetery. Mrs. Moore’s maiden name was Eveline White and was the daughter of G. W. White living in the eastern part of the county. To the husband is left the care of two children one about two years old and the other a baby about two weeks old. The Post extends its sypathies [sic] to the bereaved ones."
