Jesse Bass was the 8th of 14 children born to Henry Isom and Mary Evelyn Bass.
Married Georgia Alldredge of Durmont, TX near Snyder in 1929.
Ordained as a Deacon, then in 1950 finally submitted to being ordained to the ministry in the Crosbyton (TX) P.B.C. Served as Pastor of several churches, including Anson, TX; Stephenville, TX; Tinney\'s Creek, McMahan, TX; Mt. Olive, Goldthwaite, TX; Valley Springs, TX; Texas City, TX; Culp P.B.C., Aquilla, TX.
He was in a rest home in Elgin, TX for about five years, and died Oct. 3, 1990.
