Riley Wayne Cole
Veteran Riley Wayne Cole was born in McMahan to Everett and Thelma Cole, joining big sisters Margie and Dorothy. Wayne attended McMahan school, later graduating from Lockhart High School in 1954.
He joined the Air Force, afterwards moving to Austin working as a machinist for Lockheed Martin. He retired to the farm in McMahan joining his parents and Dorothy. In 2015 he moved in with sister Margie and husband Nolan Petty, later living at Chisholm Trail Nursing Home where he passed away.
Survivors are nieces Becky Smith and husband Jim, Rachel Voigt, and nephew Jimmy Petty.
